SmartyPants 1.5 is out. Just a couple of minor improvements — plus one more thing: integration with a new plug-in, coming later today next week. Check the release notes if you can’t wait for the next announcement, or if you want to be able to tell your grandchildren you were in on it from before it was actually announced.

Update: Version 1.5.1 is out. The one and only change is a fix for a bug that caused a blank menu item to appear in your Movable Type Text Formatting pop-up menu, if you had SmartyPants 1.5.0 installed, but did not have my technically-not-yet-announced new text formatting plug-in installed as well. Sorry for the goof.
