BusySync

.Mac shared calendars only allow read-only access. CalDAV shared calendars require Leopard and require you to set up and manage a central CalDAV server (e.g. with Mac OS X Server). With BusySync, you get read-write shared calendars and you don’t need a server — it’s just a simple System Prefs panel you install on each Mac.
