Austin Seraphin on the iPhone for the Blind ★

Moving, beautiful story:

Last Wednesday, my life changed forever. I got an iPhone. I consider it the greatest thing to happen to the blind for a very long time, possibly ever.

Remember the other day, when Yahoo CEO Carol Bartz predicted doom for Apple’s iAd platform, because Apple is exerting too much control over them? They’d be doing even worse if Yahoo weren’t one of the companies that’s already buying them.
