Echograph

You start with a still frame from a video clip, then use Echograph to selectively paint animation into the photo. The result: an infinitely looping image that you can export as a high-res MP4 or share directly to Twitter and Facebook. Or as Wired called it, Echograph is the “Instagram of animated GIFs”.
