I’m curious how this works technically — is it all Macs, or only the models with the T2 system on a chip (and thus a built-in iOS computer subsystem).
Update: Looks like it might just be a bug. And even if it’s not a bug, you can get around this “feature” by manually editing the plist file where the device region is specified.

Two things stood out in the demo of the new TV app: the inclusion of both Hulu and Amazon Prime Video. Will these be fully baked in, including buying a subscription in the TV app without having to download those respective apps? Totally unclear. Cool if that’s the case though. Trailers also now seem to autoplay inline, just like on Netflix, which many people — including people I’m married to — hate with a passion. Good luck with that, Apple.
